FAQ

Below is our frequently asked questions:

Do i need to know how to swim, paddle board or kayak?

Almost every cruise we have someone who doesn’t know how to swim, paddle board or kayak. Even though you will probably not get into the water, Everybody is required to wear a Life Jacket that floats for our adventure so swimming isn’t needed. Also, Most of the river the depth is only about waist deep so standing up is also an option! We will also give you all the instructions you need to get kayaking. you will have a guide with you at all times and we are happy to give pointers to make your experience more enjoyable!

I Don’t want to Paddle Board . . . but my husband does?

We offer the flexibility of being able to either kayak or paddle board together.please let us know which you prefer prior to the cruise. In the shoulder season we are also able to offer a Non-Paddler Price of $48, giving you the choice of just joining us for a cruise to the waterfalls & being a part of the action from the comfort of the boat.

I’m Pregnant / Have a toddler or baby, can i come?

Our Safety Vessel is always on hand, meaning you are able to join the adventure when you want to or just sit along for a cruise up the river. Our Vessel is Baby/Toddler Friendly meaning mum/dad or Grandad/Nana can swap around & take turns in looking after the little one. Talk to Ruby for more information.

You are most welcome to bring your camera along, we recommend leaving non-waterproof cameras behind as there is a chance of them not working after. We offer a Photo Package for $18 if you do not have a waterproof camera.
